Equipment

American Elkhart Manufacturing recently purchased several pieces of new equipment, including three new extruders, tanks and pullers. Our production lines are capable of handling heat-activated taping, cutting, splicing and more.

RUBBER EXTRUSION

Our extruders range in a size of 2½ in diameter up to 4½ in diameter, capable of handling a variety of sizes and forms.

PLASTIC EXTRUSION

Our extruders range in a size of ¾ in diameter up to 3½ in diameter, capable of handling a variety of sizes and forms.

DIE CUT

We’re capable of producing die-cut items made of any non-metallic material, such as rubber, plastic and foams.

MOLDED

American Elkhart Manufacturing is capable of producing rubber or plastic molded products, such as cords used in torsion axles.
